I'm a strategic finance executive with 15+ years across consumer finance, asset management, and Fortune 100 financial services. At my core, I'm a detail-oriented problem finder and solver. I build the structure and consistency that works for the organization I'm in.

I'm equally comfortable as a board-level strategic partner and as a hands-on operator who'll personally tear through a vendor list to find the $4M no one else noticed. What I love most is unlocking the wins nobody else thought to look for, helping teams solve for their specific struggles, and building robust processes with the contingencies and fail-safes ready for whatever comes next.

How I work

I do my best work in the weeds. Hand me a process that's broken and I'll find where it's actually failing and fix it. The $4M I found at National Debt Relief wasn't hiding in some model, it was sitting in vendor contracts and duplicate services nobody had read line by line. That's usually where the money is: the gap between what the numbers say and how the business really runs.

I'd rather build something that gets used than something perfect. A forecast model the team checks every week beats a flawless one nobody opens. What I'm really after is for my work to become the thing leadership reaches for when there's a call to make.

I don't treat analytics like a report factory. The data teams I built at NDR came out of a basic problem: my FP&A group kept running into questions nobody could answer, so I built the team that could. Point it at the real questions the business has, not a backlog of dashboards.

And I keep it short. A CEO or a board will take in a clear headline and one good chart, and not much past that. So I cut hard and lead with what matters.

Beyond the day job

I'm an early investor in GNGR Labs, a Brooklyn functional-beverage startup, where I helped with the early planning and scaling. Backing operators and rolling up my sleeves on the unglamorous early-stage work is the same instinct that drives my finance career.

Based in Fort Lauderdale, FL with my wife Tanya and our first child on the way. I spend my non-finance time building things, currently a baby registry site and an AI image app, both of which are how I sharpen on modern tooling between roles.
